Yes. Our notes strictly follow the NCERT Class 12 Chemistry syllabus as prescribed by CBSE for 2025-26. All 10 chapters are covered with named reactions, mechanisms and important formulas highlighted.
For JEE, focus on: Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Coordination Compounds, d & f Block Elements, Haloalkanes & Haloarenes, Alcohols & Phenols, Aldehydes & Ketones, and Amines. These carry maximum weightage in JEE Mains and Advanced.
There are 10 chapters in Class 12 Chemistry NCERT for CBSE 2025-26. Earlier editions had 16 chapters, but 6 chapters (The Solid State, Surface Chemistry, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, p-Block Elements, Polymers, and Chemistry in Everyday Life) have been removed from the current syllabus.
Start by mastering NCERT reactions and mechanisms thoroughly. Focus on named reactions (Aldol, Cannizzaro, Sandmeyer etc.), practice writing reaction mechanisms step-by-step, and revise regularly with short notes. Don’t memorise blindly — understand why each reaction happens and the conditions required.
Yes, Chemistry is very scoring if you cover NCERT thoroughly. Inorganic chemistry (d-block, f-block, coordination compounds) is almost directly from NCERT. Organic Chemistry rewards students who know named reactions well. Physical Chemistry needs regular numerical practice. Cover all three branches equally for a high score.
